We begin with the results of your Assessments, and offer Master-led sessions where we begin by observing your staff in progress, then offer education in the Five Movements/Nine Roads, followed by hands on guest speakers from our Collective who work in the Service Industry. 

We finish by certifing your internal staff to sustain what you’ve learned, and so they can teach the rest of the team to fish. Over the course of 6 months, we do Pulse Checks to determine steadiness and provide 1:1 support and Coaching to your Certified N°9 Trainers.

We teach you the Five Movement / N°9 Roads Method using the baseline of the ancient enneagram integrated with sensory and high touch experiential for a premium feeling of customer service and an exceptional ability to serve neuro-sensitive and special needs communities. We use neuroscience, somatics, change mangement, leadership development, motivation, and teach to various learning styles to make sure the work lands and sticks.
