Chosen by hand, not ordered.
Most corporate gifts are chosen for a category of person.
Ours are chosen for a person — and every one of them is trying to do the same thing: help somebody put the work down. Three shops. Objects for real rest at home.
Branded goods for teams, done so quietly the mark reads as belonging rather than advertising. And a winter shop that changes theme every year.
CALM & QUIET
For actual rest. Not one more thing to manage.
Most corporate wellness gifts are subscriptions, apps, trackers, smart devices and branded bottles. Every one arrives asking something — set up an account, charge me, wear me, log something, respond. A tired person receives that as one more task, and they are right to. Nothing in this shop has a battery, a screen, an account, a subscription, or a metric. And nothing asks for a reply. Which is why we start with a clock — a real one, well made and quiet, so the phone can leave the bedroom. It is the least technological object we sell and it does more for somebody’s week than anything with a sensor in it.
One question sorts the whole shop, and almost everyone can answer it about a colleague in two seconds. Is this person holding too much, running on empty, or fading out?

INTENTIONAL BRAND
Your mark, done so quietly it reads as belonging.
Branded merchandise usually fails for one reason: the company makes itself the subject of the object. A tote shouting a logo across the side is not a gift. It is outdoor advertising that somebody is being asked to store, carry, and eventually throw away.
We do the opposite. The mark whispers, and it never sells. Blind debossed into leather, so you feel it before you see it. Woven into a hem, found later, at home. Stamped on the underside of a bowl where only the owner ever looks. Our default is the quietest option on the ladder, and we will tell you when we think you should go quieter still. The card carries the specifics so the object is still good in ten years.
Every offsite gets two objects. The Kit, marked, used in the room, belonging to the shared event. And the Carry — unbranded, personal, handed over on departure. The Kit says we were in that room together. The Carry says somebody was thinking of you.
Branded work is quoted per program. Request a quote — there is no cart here on purpose.
HERITAGE & HOLIDAY
Sourced seasonal comfort & recognition
Each winter we draw from one place. This year it is Scotland and Scandinavia — the two places on earth that have thought hardest about how to make a room warm in a hard month. Wool and tweed, horn and stoneware, heather honey and smoked salt. Linen and birch, enamel and crystal, cardamom and rye.
Named makers and real provenance — a person and a town on the card, not the word “handcrafted.” And always one quiet option in the edit, unscented and undemanding, for the people who love the season to those who find the season genuinely hard. Nobody has to give a reason for choosing it.
Or we build you your own Holiday Shop. A shop that looks like yours, live for four to six weeks, where every member of staff chooses their own gift within a budget you set and has it sent home. An edit of eight to ten selected items, not thirty — choice is a burden in December. Addresses come to us and never to you, and we say so in the staff email, because it is right and because it is the biggest single thing that gets people to claim their gift.
Next year is a different place.
WHAT IT DOES ACROSS A YEAR
The impact over a year
Rest is an input, not a reward. On any service floor, consistency is the product — the same quality of attention on a Tuesday in March as on the first day of a launch. That requires people who are resourced, which makes designed rest an input to the work rather than a reward for it. It is also what protects the training spend you have already made.
After an offsite. Real money, two good days, people leave resolved – and in about six weeks the effect is gone. That is not lost motivation. It is a retrieval problem: the insight is stored against a room the team has left. An object carried home is a physical index to that room – on a desk in November it retrieves the part of May that November needs. Which is exactly why it is unbranded, and why one more small thing arrives at week six.
Through a twelve-month initiative. Announced in January, a memory by March – and the instinct to communicate more produces the fourth all-hands and makes it worse. Every internal channel degrades with repetition except one. The ninth gift is received as warmly as the first, because it is experienced as a gift rather than a message. Nobody resents a gift. Everybody resents the fourth all-hands when they don’t understand the outcome intended.
And the card is the intervention. A card naming a specific, observed behavior is a manager practicing recognition — eight or ten rehearsals a year, with the words drafted for them.

Two Ways In
QUICK REQUEST — 2 minutes, no call
Five questions about one person or one goal. Who they are, what the occasion is, the day it must land, what you do not want to go above, and one thing you have noticed about them. We reply within a working day with one gift, one price, and one sentence on why we chose it.
Start here if you have somebody in mind and a date coming.
THE CURATION — for a special touch
The full intake, for the gifts that will be remembered for years and for the motivational programs that run all year. We study the individual person or the team & event, come back with two or three concepts, and you choose. Or we take a whole calendar off your team and create your custom Holiday Shop.
Always itemized, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
