They are three shapes of the same work — because a capability that was explained in a slide deck does not survive a bad Tuesday, and one that was built with your hands and your 12-month strategy does.

When we help you plan your offsite or team experience, he outcome comes first. We interview the leader on their vision for the team, 6–12 months out. Then we help plan the event that supports hands-on strategic work at the individual, team and organizational level. White space is designed in, so people return without a backlog, and we draw from the miscellaneousteam budgets you already hold for lowered fiscal stress.
The priority is on real learning in a restful, restorative environment, with a focused eye on implementation.

From audit to efficacy
The Experiences
We are proud to offer one-of-a kind experiences, ranging from Day One Offsites to Collective Retreats, and to certify members of your staff in our methods for greatest long-term efficacy.
TEAM SESsiONS
In-house sessions built on your assessment results rather than on a standard curriculum, because a room of nine roads does not learn one way. We cover emotional intelligence as a working practice, difficult conversations, service recovery, change management and how to read the person in front of you, the last of which is the one nobody teaches and everybody needs.
Delivered at your site or ours, in half-days or over a series. Every session ends with something to do on Monday, not something to remember.
CERTIFICATION
We train and certify two to six of your own people to carry this internally: to read a colleague, to run the practices, to steady a bad shift, and to brief a new hire properly on their first day. They become the captains who shepherd the method through your organization long after we’ve left.
Certification is renewed annually, with coaching for your certified trainers and pulse checks at six and nine months to show what actually moved. Then the standard lives in your building, on every shift, whether or not we are there.
GATHERINGS
Before anyone arrives we read each attendee, then issue your venue a written sensory specification — light, sound, scent, temperature, food and pacing, quiet space, and good options to eat and deeply rest. We give you speakers from our Collective who are experts in artisanal craft businesses, so the Gathering becomes a hands-on apprenticeship in moving change.
We work alongside event planners across North America, the UK and Europe and we can offer a planner if you don’t have one and we offer extended support over the months to follow.
